Our Little Adventures in Joy

I've always loved buying and eating soda bread around St. Patrick's Day, and if I'd known how easy it is to make I would've done it long ago! This bread mixes up in about 5 minutes and tastes almost like a scone! Although it is delicious as is, it also makes an incredible breakfast toasted and covered in butter!
